Puppy Paradise
Home shows extensive sun damage on both protruding side edges of its front deck. After some scraping it was found to also be unprimed in some areas as well. We then applied a paint remover to loosen large chunks of paint that could fail at a later date. Followed by a pressure washing of the deck and sanding the rest of left over paint. Application of wood filer and wood glue as needed to fill small imperfections in the wood. Application of two coats of oil-based primer and exterior paint. Zinnser primer used along with deck paint from Benjamin Moore.
